Courses in change management

InterBridge offers courses in change management for employees in both the private and public sectors. The goal is to develop Change Agents among employees. These become drivers of positive change, cross-functional collaboration within the organization and with other players.

We contribute with insights from Generation Z and reverse mentoring. Reverse mentoring forms the basis for a useful generational meeting where change agents of different ages can discuss and reflect on important issues. The adult change agents gain insight into the younger people's needs, perspectives and solutions.

The course is useful for developing products/services for young people.
