Who do we target?

Our target group are kids between the ages of 12 and 18 in local communities. We gather 20 young people at a time across social, economic, ethnic and cultural differences for an inclusive learning and coping arena.

The challenge

Surveys show that Generation Z (12-18 years) is characterized by little optimism for the future and concern related to the climate and the environment and unrest on a worldwide basis. On a daily basis, they experience a lot of stress and new forms of pressure through social media. Mental health problems continue to increase among young people. Absence among young people is currently costing Norwegian society NOK 15 billion per cohort.

Our social mission is to create belonging, mastery and opportunities for young people in a crucial life phase in a changing world. Changes are required to become more inclusive and sustainable. That's why we want to work together to create a better future together.
